Project Title: Wacky Aliens

    Description:

This project allows middle school aged children to use their imaginations as they contemplate other lifeforms from another planet.

Required supplies:

• Mini Glue Dots
• Rigid poster board, ( dark blue, purple or black)
• Tempera paint
• White out pen
• Quilling tool
• Quilling paper (varied thickness adds dimension) 
• Small wiggle eyes

   Step-by-step instructions:

• Begin by painting your planet ( paint can be applied liberally and in layers to add dimension)
• Use the white out pen to create stars and highlights
• Select your favorite aliens and colors and begin quilling alien parts
• Assemble the parts and wiggle eyes with Mini Glue Dots
• Apply the finished aliens to the painted board with Mini Glue Dots
• Tip: a gentle pinch on the completed alien parts will create hard edges and corners for horns etc.
