Description:
Punches and patterned papers are used in creative ways for this festive Easter card. To create depth, Pop Up Glue Dots were used to perch each chocolate-colored bunny. Multiple layers of patterned papers help to unify the color palette.
Required supplies:
- Craft Glue Dots
- Pop Up Glue Dots
- All Holiday stamp set, (Stampin' Up)
- Wild Wasabi ink, (Stampin' Up)
- Bunny Punch, (McGill)
- Square, Circle and Designer Label punches, (Stampin' Up)
- Spring Silhouettes Designer Series papers, (Stampin' Up)
- Soft Sky and Chocolate Chip cardstock
Step-by-step instructions:
- Trim cardstock to 8-1/2" x 4-1/4" and fold in half so card measures 4-1/4" square.
- Punch bunnies from Chocolate Chip cardstock.
- Punch 8, 1" squares from Designer Series paper (light blue pattern).
- Punch 8, 1-1/4" squares from Designer Series paper (green pattern).
- Stamp Easter greeting on Designer Series paper (light glue pattern).
- Punch Easter greeting using the 1" circle punch.
- Use Designer Label to punch Designer Series paper (green pattern).
- Attach Easter Greeting to Designer Label cut out using Pop Up Glue Dots. Then use Craft Glue Dots to attach it to the center of the card.
- Attach bunnies to 1" squares using Pop Up Glue Dots.
- Attach 1" squares to 1-1/4" squares and then attach the squares to the card using Craft Glue Dots.
