Supplies

  • Craft Glue Dots
  • Pop Up Glue Dots
  • Purple and Green card stock
  • Easter egg
  • Easter sentiment
  • Chick stamps
  • Pink Button
  • Purple Twine
  • Purple and Green Ink
  • Pink, Purple, and Yellow markers
  • Label die template
  • Die cutting machine
  • Scissors

Instructions

  1. Stamp chick and cut it out.
  2. Color chick with pink, yellow, and purple markers and set aside.
  3. Cut green cardstock to make card base that measures 4 1/4" x 5" when folded in half.
  4. Run card through a manual die cutting machine using a label shape so that a window is made on the front of the card.
  5. Stamp the front of the card base with Easter egg stamp using green ink.
  6. Cut a purple strip of cardstock and stamp it with an Easter sentiment using purple ink.
  7. Use a Craft Glue Dots dispenser to attach the strip to the card base.
  8. Tie twine through the holes in the pink button.
  9. Attach the button to the card with the Craft Glue Dot Dispenser.
  10. Using Pop Up Glue Dots, attach the chick to the inside layer of the card so it is centered in the window cut out. An easy way to do this is to position the chick through the label cut-out with the card closed.
